Breakfast Bar, Kitchen table with rectangular steel section legs, available in 20 colours. Handcrafted in our workshop in South Yorkshire – these chunky wooden breakfast bars can be situated in any kitchen/diner. A large selection of colours available from the traditional rustic colours to and whites and darker greys. Chunky solid handpicked FSC, 4cm thick Scandinavian pine is used on these breakfast bars, sourced from sustainably managed forests. These breakfast bars are bonded together using biscuit joints and further secured underneath with either wooden cross supports or metal bracing depending on the size of the breakfast bar chosen.

Understanding what you are purchasing?

You are purchasing a solid wood breakfast bar with two 25 x 50mm heavy duty industrial handmade rectangular section legs.

Assembly:
These breakfast bars are designed to be freestanding, however you have the option to secure the table top to a wall if you wish. Fixings are not provided for securing to a wall as standard. A screwdriver will be required to attach the legs to the table. Holes are pre-drilled for the legs to be attached slightly inset from the ends of the breakfast bar. If you have a specific requirement for the leg position because of skirting boards or other room dependent specifications, please contact us before placing your order as we are sure it will be something we can help with! Your breakfast bar legs will be detached for shipping and supplied in flat pack form to prevent any damage to the table top in transit.

Polite notice – Please check your stool widths before placing an order to ensure they will fit under the breakfast bar before placing an order. Stool in photos is not included in this purchase.

We use a variation of couriers to deliver our furniture. The type and size of the product you have ordered will determine the courier selected. Please ensure you provide your mobile number and email address for courier notifications. If these details are not provided upon order this may cause a delay. In the event of damage to your parcel, please report this with photographic evidence within 72hrs of delivery, if this is not reported within 72hrs we cannot claim for damaged goods.

Custom Made
The product you are purchasing is custom made to your exact requirements, we customise to the nearest millimetre and paint/oil to a specific colour. We do not keep a stock of the product, these are handmade for each individual customer. Because of this reason the product is none returnable. If there is a genuine fault with your furniture we will replace the item you have purchased. Refunds or replacements will not be issued of the item you have purchased if you have measured incorrectly, selected the incorrect colour or you simply have changed your mind.

Timber
Product quality is paramount and as such, we only source the highest quality kiln dried timber to make the furniture. The timber used is FSC certified Scandinavian pine from sustainably managed forests.

Wood Uniqueness
Some of the wood we use for the furniture is recycled and reclaimed wood. This gives all of the products individuality and uniqueness as no two pieces of wood will ever be the same. This adds beautiful character to your furniture.

We pride ourselves in the ability to restore wood, bringing it back to life and drawing out the beauty and intricacy of the detail and grain. All finished items go through a rigorous sanding process.

The item you purchase could have marks, cracks, gaps, knots, shakes & indentations. The wood is not intended to be perfectly flat or smooth as the texture is part of the character. We do make every effort to remove splinters and sharp edges however, cannot guarantee that there won’t be any present as wood is a natural product. Please be aware that over time wood changes shape and texture and it is possible that splinters/cracks could form. Please note all of the above still applies even when painted & oiled; cracks, gaps, holes, knots, shakes, saw marks (This is not a fault)

Radiators/Heat
These breakfast bars look great over radiators but please note the heat can affect the wood as this is a natural product. If you are purchasing and you are installing above a radiator we recommend a gap of 10cm to allow the heat to flow through. We would advise waiting 2-3 weeks before placing the breakfast bar above a radiator, this will allow the wood to acclimatise to its new environment in your home.

Cleaning/Care
It is advised to only clean the wood with a clean microfibre cloth rather than using any harsh or abrasive cleaning products as this will cause damage to the wood.

Oils, Paints & Wax
If you choose one of the painted options this will be painted by hand and finished with a premium furniture wax. None of the products are factory sprayed, all of the products have a rustic feel. Some of the paints, oil’s & wax we select for the furniture is human, animal, plant, toy & food safe. Please check with me for further details.
