Unlike most other pouffe tables and trays, this table is floor standing and slides over the top of your pouffe. Eliminating indentation of your cushioned top. With 3 closed sides and one open – the powder coated frame slides over carpet or hard floor with ease (furniture pads will be provided if going on a hard floor).

*When measuring your pouffe and deciding on sizes, please allow for the 20mm frame when selecting OVERALL size of coffee table PLUS some tolerance for wiggle room when moving!

For extra peace of mind when selecting your sizes, just pop a note in the ‘ADDITIONAL ORDER NOTES’ box of ‘Actual pouffe dimensions’ and our designer will double check that your chosen measurements will work for you.

We use a variation of couriers to deliver our products , we will choose the best courier for the specific product/size you have ordered. Please ensure you provide us with your mobile number and email address for courier notifications. If these details are not provided upon order this may cause a delay. In the event of damage to your parcel, please report this to myself photographic evidence within 72hrs of delivery, if this is not reported within 72hrs we cannot claim for damaged goods.

Custom Made
The product you are purchasing is custom made to your exact requirements. We do not keep a stock of the bespoke made products, these are handmade for each individual customer. Because of this reason, the product is none returnable. If there is a genuine fault with your furniture we will replace the item you have purchased. Refunds or replacements will not be issued of the item you have purchased if you have measured incorrectly, selected the incorrect colour or you simply have changed your mind.

Glass Care
This table is made with 6mm toughened glass which is supported by rubber feet sat on discreet metal supports. The glass is strong and perfect for displaying ornaments or resting your coffee on top of (with a coaster of course!). However please exercise general common sense not to place heavy items on top that rest purely on the glass.

Before you place your order please check the lead times. Whilst every effort is made to complete your order on time, as my pieces are handmade, sometimes delays can unfortunately happen. Rare! but they can. We will notify you immediately if this is the case.
