Order Processing and Lead Times

  • Lead times displayed on our product listings refer strictly to working days (Monday to Friday).
  • If your order is placed after working hours or on weekends (Saturday or Sunday), your order’s processing will begin on the following Monday.

Example: An order placed on a Friday will have its first working day counted from the following Monday.

Delivery Times and Locations:

  • Delivery durations vary depending on your location. Please note that deliveries to Scotland, Wales, Cornwall, and Devon generally take an additional 2 working days due to courier routing schedules.

International Specific Delivery Dates:

We are happy to accommodate specific delivery date requests. Please contact us before placing your order if you require delivery on a particular date, and we will do our best to arrange this for you.

Return & Repair Policy

Damaged Items Only
Our products are eligible for return or repair only in the event of damage occurring during delivery or manufacturing defects.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Proof of damage (photos and/or videos) is required.
  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

What to Do

  2. Include your order number and photos of the damage.
  3. Our team will assess the claim and guide you through the return or repair process.

Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size/color selection, or general wear and tear.
  • All furniture is made to order which means it is the final sale and not eligible for return or repair unless damaged.
